Essentials of Math Courses
Essentials of Mathematics is one of the three alternative pathways in the study of Mathematics in the senior grades. This course develops students general numeracy and mathematical skills without a specific focus on post-secondary requirements. It is designed to provide the skills necessary to become informed citizens, to become confident in using mathematics in the workplace, and to prepare them for a limited number of vocational and trades programs.
